A gift in your will

By remembering the AF through a legacy in your will, you are making a unique commitment to a cause that makes a real difference to artists’ lives. Your contribution is invaluable, whatever the amount.

If you have already made a will

If you have already made a will, but would like to leave a gift to the Arts Foundation, you can do so by making a simple addition to your existing will called a codicil. If you would like further information about amending your will, please download our leaflet.

If you have not already made a will

If you do not have a will at the moment, we would strongly advise you to see a solicitor. Although you will have to pay a fee, you will receive professional advice and can be sure that your wishes are achieved.

How to leave a gift to the Arts Foundation in your will:

Residuary gift - you can choose to leave a share, or the whole, of what is left in your estate once you have provided for you loved ones.
Pecuniary gift - you can choose to give a gift of a fixed amount of money.

Your solicitor will need to know our address and registered charity number:

The Arts Foundation Registered Charity number: 1000001, Brighton Junction, 1a Isetta Square, 35 New England Street, Brighton BN1 4GQ.

If the time is right for you to you to consider leaving a gift to the AF please contact fundraising@artsfoundation.co.uk or call Shelley Warren on 01273 810231.
